  • Appointed Special Master (2023) by El Paso County District Court in an unusually contentious high-dollar trade secret dispute and business breakup. Issued multiple detailed findings and recommendations that broke the impasse and led to a global settlement; zero objections filed; all recommendations adopted as court orders.

  • Chaired multiple ethics arbitrations for national governing bodies recognized by the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee; conducted remote evidentiary hearing and authored 50+ page findings and sanctions decision.

  • Successfully mediated two very high-dollar commercial disputes as neutral (Colorado Springs and Denver) involving prominent 17th-Street firms.
